1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, photographs, graphics, logos) is the property of LADT or is used with the consent of rights holders. Partial or full reproduction without the written consent of LADT is prohibited.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation. Any attempt at unauthorised access to our systems is prohibited.

4. Orders and payments

Orders placed in the shop are subject to product availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. LADT does not store your card details. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, except for digital products.

5. Donations

Donations made are irrevocable and are used exclusively for the association's declared purposes. Donors may request fiscal receipts for donations made.

6. Limitation of liability

LADT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest.
