Asociatia Laboratorul de Arheologie Dinu Theodorescu (LADT), located at 1 Academiei St., Bucharest 010011, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

• The volunteer form (name, email, phone, availability, motivation)
• The newsletter sign-up form (email)
• Account creation (email, password)
• Shop orders (billing and delivery data, processed by Stripe)

3. How we use your data

We use the data collected to:

• Respond to messages sent through the contact form
• Manage volunteer applications
• Send the newsletter (only if you have given explicit consent)
• Process shop orders
• Manage access to purchased courses

4. How long we retain your data

Contact data is retained until the request is resolved. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until unsubscription. Order data is retained in accordance with legal requirements (minimum 5 years).
